Hello Hummus started its family-owned business with handcrafted, small-batch hummus with the freshest, most local ingredients we could find. Owner and hummus maker, Zouhair Mkais, worked side-by-side with his mother from a young age, making delicious Moroccan dishes from fresh, local ingredients found in the bustling markets and souks of Casablanca. He brings that same passion for freshness to our hummus and quinoa-based greens and grains.

We love veggies and healthy grains as much as we love our chickpeas. This love for alternative healthy snacks and sides led the chefs to create new ready-to-eat salads, soups, and veggie-first dips. You'll love our Kale-Cranberry-Quinoa salad as a breakfast option; add a hard-boiled egg and you'll power through the morning. As summer temperatures rise, pick up a container of Watermelon Gazpacho; we serve it mild, but add a dash of hot sauce (or two) to turn up the heat (which actually cools our bodies down in the summer).
Our products are low in sodium, vegan, high in protein and fiber, dairy-and gluten-free. Other than the chick peas, all vegetables used in Hello Hummus creations are sourced from local farmers.
